Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 23, 2026 — Dhriti Enterprises

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Lowco services provided by Dhriti Enterprises. By using Lowco services, you agree to these Terms.

1.Definitions

"Lowco"
The platform, products, services, infrastructure, APIs, websites, and software operated by Dhriti Enterprises.
"Customer"
Any individual or organization using Lowco services.

2.Service Overview

Lowco provides business software products, workflow automation systems, low-code development tools, API infrastructure, authentication services, AI-assisted systems, and business operating platform capabilities.

Current website access is informational and demo-oriented only. Access to production services may require separate agreements.

3.Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate laws or regulations
  • Abuse platform infrastructure
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Interfere with platform stability
  • Upload malicious code
  • Reverse engineer protected systems
  • Use services for illegal activities

4.Customer Data Ownership

Customers retain ownership of their uploaded and stored data.

Lowco does not claim ownership of customer business data.

5.AI & LLM Processing

Public AI Providers

If public AI models are used, customer data submitted to those features may be processed externally by providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google AI.

Local AI Infrastructure

Where local or private AI deployments are configured, customer data remains within the customer-controlled infrastructure.

Lowco will not use customer data to train proprietary AI models or internal machine learning systems.

6.Availability & Infrastructure

Lowco services are operated on dedicated infrastructure. While we aim for high availability, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Maintenance, upgrades, outages, or third-party failures may impact availability.

7.Security Responsibilities

Lowco provides platform-level security measures. Customers are responsible for:

  • Managing credentials
  • Configuring permissions
  • Protecting user access
  • Maintaining endpoint security

8.Beta Features

Some products or features may be released as Beta, Preview, Experimental, or Early Access. Such features may change, be unstable, or be discontinued without notice.

9.Intellectual Property

All Lowco branding, platform software, designs, architecture, documentation, and related materials remain the property of Dhriti Enterprises unless otherwise stated. Customers retain ownership of their own uploaded content and applications.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhriti Enterprises shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages or loss of profits
  • Business interruption or data loss
  • Security incidents caused by customer misconfiguration
  • Third-party AI provider actions
  • Infrastructure provider outages
Use of the platform is at your own risk.

11.Third-Party Services

Lowco may integrate with external providers including cloud infrastructure, authentication, AI, monitoring, and payment gateway providers. We are not responsible for third-party systems or policies.

12.Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Infrastructure abuse is detected
  • Security risks arise
  • Required payments are not made

Customers may discontinue usage at any time.

13.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall reside in Uttar Pradesh, India.

14.Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
